First90 uses account identity information, organization membership and roles, newcomer profile information, relocation preferences, journey activity, employer tasks, progress, and notifications to provide the service. Demo-request details are prepared in your email application and are not stored by the public website.

Information is used to authenticate users, provide role-appropriate product experiences, organize relocation journeys, show progress and attention guidance, support employer collaboration, and protect the service.
Access and separation
Authenticated access is provided through Clerk. First90 applies server-side authorization, organization isolation, separate newcomer boundaries, protected administration, and secured invitation flows.
Service providers and retention
First90 relies on hosting, database, and authentication providers to operate the service. Additional details about service providers, retention, user rights, and business contact information will be published as commercial operations are finalized.
